多個非政府組織聯名致信，要求立即釋放 鄒幸彤和李卓人

我們，以下署名的民間社會組織和個人，呼籲七國集團和歐盟/歐洲經濟區成員國政府透過雙邊和多邊外交手段，向香港特區政府施加壓力，要求其撤銷所有指控，並立即無條件釋放鄒幸彤和李卓人。
我們呼籲國際社會關注他們即將受審的案件。
鄒幸彤是一位傑出的律師，也是國際特赦組織認定的良心犯；李卓人是一位傑出的勞工領袖，也是一位民主活動人士。他們僅僅因為行使言論自由、結社自由和和平集會自由的權利，就被不公正地監禁了超過1500天。
這兩名活動人士因在香港支持中國愛國民主運動聯盟（香港聯盟）中的角色，被控違反2020年《國家安全法》，犯下煽動顛覆國家政權罪。這些指控最高可判處十年監禁。原定於2025年11月開庭的審判，現已再次延期兩個月，且未給出任何理由。
三十年來，香港聯盟每年都會舉辦全球最大的紀念活動，悼念1989年6月4日天安門廣場鎮壓事件的罹難者。這場由學生領導的和平抗議活動旨在爭取政治和經濟改革，並結束中國政府的腐敗。
中國紅十字會估計，鎮壓中約有2,600名抗議者和北京市民喪生¹。自1990年以來，每年都有數十萬人聚集在香港維多利亞公園舉行燭光守夜活動，緬懷這場屠殺的受害者。
在鄒幸彤和李卓人即將於2025年11月3日受審之際，我們必須團結一致，為他們爭取正義和自由。他們參與香港聯盟，以及他們要求中國當局公開鎮壓真相並承擔生命損失責任的合理呼籲，絕不能成為迫害他們的理由。
我們呼籲七國集團（G7）各國政府和歐盟/歐洲經濟區（EU/EEA）成員國密切關注審判進展，並透過雙邊和多邊外交手段，向香港政府施加壓力，要求其立即釋放鄒幸彤和李卓人，並撤銷對他們的所有刑事指控。
我們也呼籲七國集團和歐盟/歐洲經濟區成員國政府利用國際人權文書和機制，確保追究香港政府和侵犯人權官員的責任。
